TRANSPORTATION

Available parking space near the event space is LIMITED. We encourage you to park at your hotel and walk, bike, or bus to the nearby Memorial Union. The City of Madison's 80 bus line is a free service that runs a fairly accessible loop around downtown. If you wish to drive from your hotel or are not planning on a hotel stay, there is additional parking in the nearby State Street Campus Lot for $1.80/hr, and very limited parking in the University-owned lot (underneath Helen C. White Library) on Park Street across from Memorial Union for $15/day.

FOOD & DRINK

A light continental breakfast will be provided on the morning of the event as well as lunch during the noon keynote speaker session. Light appetizers will be provided at the happy hour session at the Memorial Union's Rathskeller following wrap-up of the Summit.

Some recommended options for dinner on Sunday or Monday night you may want to check out during your stay:

BelAir Cantina

Canteen

Casetta Kitchen & Counter

Colectivo

Cooper's Tavern

BIKE STORAGE & RENTALS

Guests wishing to bike to the Summit will find ample outdoor bike rack parking near the South and West entrances to the Memorial Union building. There is additional bike rack parking surrounding the nearby libraries - Helen C. White Library and Memorial Library - as well as outside the campus buildings south of Memorial Union along Library Mall.

We also invite you to rent a bike using Madison BCycle. Bike lanes and paths will guide you to the Memorial Union.

If staying in a hotel the night before and/or after the Summit, we encourage you to consult your hotel front desk regarding their bike parking options and policies.

Wisconsin Bike Fed, the Wisconsin Office of Outdoor Recreation, and partnering hotels are not responsible for lost or stolen bikes.
